Explain the challenge in your own words:
Build the tallest free standing spaghetti building possible.

What question or observations do you have after hearing the challenge?
Can you tape to the table? Can you hang it from the ceiling?

What was your strategy for completing the challenge?

We first planned out of how our structure and if it did not work we would improvise.

How would you evaluate your "Design" Strategy? Effective? Ineffective? Why?

We think that our team work was effective because every time something did not work we made a plan to fix it.

Show your final design: we could not flip it, sorry.

What insights did you gain from watching the TED Talk on the challenge? Did it change your thinking about your strategy? How?
We think that it was interesting that kindergartners do better than college graduates. We think that it is cool that even if your brain has not developed a lot (kindergartners) you are still smart, and we think it is interesting because they are 3,4,5 year old and they do better 18,19,20,21 year old.

What changes did you make as a result of watching the TED Talk? Strategy? Teamwork?
We made it more stable.

Compare your final designs side by side. sorry we do not have another picture.

What Critical Thinking connections can you make from this challenge?

We used critical thinking when our structure was not stable or when we thought it was not tall enough.
